Undergoing Extensive Renovation
Having recently completed repair of the
water damaged basement, the new owner
of the building at 1632-42 W. Howard is
turning his attention to removal and renovation
of the parapet wall. More details to follow.
The UPS Store Opening Soon
The UPS Store will occupy a 2nd floor space at the
Gateway Plaza. Expected opening is mid June.
CTA project holds little hope for jobs
Chi Town Daily-Members of Northside Power pointed out to Moore that they were told TIF money can’t be used for pre-apprenticeship training. Moore replied that he didn’t say it couldn’t be done, he said it had never been done in the past. More....
